Renowned psychologist Dr Charlotte Keating is a passionate advocate for mental health, particularly for young people.

During this seminar, Charlotte will offer guidance and advice on the following:

• managing increased screen time /device use /online safety
• social and developmental impacts of lockdown and disruptions to routine
• potential residual effects on mental health
• focus on positives, learnings and resilience.
