2022 PFA Christmas Fair: Call for Stallholders
Are you a designer, creator, fashionista, or entrepreneur with a great idea and need somewhere to showcase your wares?
Then St Catherine’s 2022 Christmas Fair on Friday 25 November is for YOU.
The annual Christmas Fair is a longstanding tradition in our School calendar. This fun-filled family event brings the entire School community together. Parents and students from across the Year levels combine their talents and expertise to put on a spectacular evening of fun and entertainment.
The PFA warmly wishes to invite any current parents, or students (Year 9 or above) who are interested in hiring a stall at this year’s Christmas Fair, to make an application.
There are limited numbers of stalls available and the criteria for a stall are as follows:
- No food items may be sold
- Can be handicrafts or other items made or sourced by students e.g., handmade cards, jewellery, soaps, novelty gifts, bags
- Can be a fun activity-based stall e.g., painting nails, hair braiding, hair spraying, jewellery making
- Stalls can be shared, so a group of students may run the stall together
- Cost is $90.00 to hire a stall (no charge for students)
The PFA provide the required table, tablecloth, and space for your stall. Please note stallholders need to set up their own stalls prior to the Fair commencing at 4:00pm, manage the stall for the duration of the event, and help pack up at the conclusion of the Fair at 8:00pm.
All stall applications must be registered, and the hire fee paid (if applicable), via TryBooking here by Friday 28 October.
